No, customers’ own food and drinks can not be brought to the Oktoberfest – you will be searched at entrance. However, you can order from the table if you booked tickets or buy at the bar.

Yes, there is a cloakroom at the reception. We charge a small fee of £2 per item. We dont accept laptops and electronic items. Also we take no reponsibility especially if you dont pick up your item before the events closes.

You can easy pay with your credit card we take all card except AMEX.
An e-ticket will be sent to you shortly. You will have to present the ticket at the event either print it out or show it on your phone – so very easy. If you are more people and dont arrive at the same time just give everybody a copy of the ticket to be scanned at the door.
Just book some more tickets under the same name and our system will automatically allocate your seats together. Alternative send us an email with the different booking ID´s if people have booked separately. Remeber to have the same kind of tickets in case not you will all be seated in the cheapest tickets area, but you of course get the full tickets you bought.
Contact us via email. In general will you not be seated together in higher cathegory so either you change your ticket (with no admin cost only the price difference) or your friends down grade to your area and use the full tickets they have there.
