Oktoberfest is an ancient tradition that started in Muenchen more than 200 years ago. It all started with a royal wedding in 1810. We’ve been partying in Cambridge since 2016.
About Cambridge Oktoberfest
In 2016 we launched the Cambridge Oktoberfest.
We all know that authentic German beer and food needs to be part of Oktoberfest. Cambridge Oktoberfest is about much more than German beer!
Over one long weekend you can experience everything that makes a real Oktoberfest. We’ll have live music, full Oktoberfest decoration. Setting up a giant tent for 2,000 people, we will bring you the feeling of being in an authentic Oktoberfest tent in the middle of Cambridge.
Blue and white colors characterize the tent and our waitresses and waiters are dressed in Dirndl and Lederhosen. The tent is filled with long tables.

We serve delicious giant beer specially made for Oktoberfest at a small brewery in Bavaria, only 54 km from Nueremberg, and it is certain that you will not sit for long before you want to sing along and maybe stand on the benches.
What to expect at Oktoberfest?
Corporates
Hold your summer party or company party with us, it will be an unforgettable party and surely all your colleagues will be up on the benches – it’s just fun! Corporate offers
The seat reservation:
Booked pitches have in all day/evening. Tickets/seats are hold up till 1.5 hours after opening For VIP seats attendance can take place up to 2 1/2 hours after opening. When you arrive at the tent, you will be given beer and food tickets for consumption.
Warderobe
Costs £5 so it is really recommendable, but generally do not bring valuables in the tent, as we cannot guarantee anything for so many people. The cloakroom is at your own risk and must be picked up at the closing of the party. We are not liable for any loss or forgotten items after the closure.

Hire of Lederhosen og Dirndl:
If you want to be a true Bavarian for an evening, we have original Dirndl or Lederhosen for rent for only £30.00. It’s an experience you’ll never forget – real clothes from Munich. We have sizes 34,36,38,40,42,44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 and 58 in Dirndl and 44,46,48,50,52,54,56,58,60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70 and 72 in Lederhosen (here you need a number smaller than in normal pants). The clothes are rented in the Souveniershoppen and returned when you leave (leave your clothes in the wardrobe for free for that time). A deposit of £35 (Dirndl £10) is paid, which you of course get back when you return the clothes – an alternative just keep the clothes.
